Warren (VT), November 5, 2003. The new owners of Beaver Pond Farm Bed & Breakfast announced today that they will re-open for business Friday, December 5th, just in time for ski season. Robert and Nancy Baron purchased the Inn in May of this year and have been diligently redecorating Beaver Pond Farm in preparation for its re-opening in December.

Beaver Pond Farm was known in the Mad River Valley as an Inn of distinction for almost twenty years before closing its doors in 2000. The new owners intend to build on Beaver Pond Farm's established reputation for exceptional food, historic charm and breathtaking views to create a casually elegant bed & breakfast.

"Beaver Pond Farm provides another great option for bed & breakfast seekers in the Mad River Valley." Said Susan Roy, Executive Director of the Mad River Valley Chamber of Commerce. "It's got fabulous views and is ideally located next to the Sugarbush Golf Club and close to Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak."

"Our goal at Beaver Pond Farm is to put our guests in a new frame of mind." said Nancy Baron. "Fluffy down comforters, cozy robes, fine linens and soaking in an outdoor hot tub are all things that can help guests escape their everyday worries. Specially prepared gourmet breakfasts and late afternoon homemade treats make them feel cared for."

Built in the 1840's, Beaver Pond Farm is a quintessential Vermont farmhouse. This intimate bed & breakfast will grow from four rooms this season to five rooms by the summer. It's blessed with five rolling acres of glorious mountain views for guests to stroll, snow shoe or simply admire from a comfortable chair on the expansive deck.

To celebrate their grand re-opening in December, The Beaver Pond Farm is offering $50 off their standard room rates from December 5th through December 18th. Thrifty guests will be able to enjoy a taste-fully appointed queen guest room, full gourmet breakfast and afternoon snack for only $75 a night; a king room for $95. Reservations are currently being accepted.
